Lisa is a true Charleston native. She was born and raised right here in the beautiful Holy City. She is a Senior Real Estate Speciliast and has been a Realtor since 2017. She holds a Business Administration degree with emphasis in Marketing and Economics with over 30 years of sales experience. She worked in the telecommunications industry prior to raising her two beautiful daughters as a full-time mother and “Momanger” in the Entertainment Industry. Lisa and Andrew Morelli (Morelli HVAC) have been together since they were teenagers and are now enjoying the empty nester lifestyle with travel and volunteering. Lisa takes pride in Charleston and enthusiastically shares her knowledge and love of the area. Community involvement and a volunteer spirit have always been important to Lisa. She is the President of the Parents and Guardians Association at the Coastal Center in Ladson, as she has a special needs brother she watches over passionately. Lisa also facilitates the Alice Faye Fund in memory of her mom, which is a fund to help special needs families through the Salvation Army.When not out with clients, Lisa loves to play tennis, to travel, and enjoy all the wonderful amenities Charleston offers. “When traveling, I love to tell people where I am from and see their faces light up. Charleston is a remarkable place to raise a family and retire -the southern hospitality is real and it makes me so proud to call it my home.”
